My stay at the hotel was quite nice overall. The rooms, while clean, felt a bit small compared to what I'm used to. The service, except for the folks at The Bistro, was amazing and truly stood out as one of the best parts of my experience. The location was convenient, being close to downtown Dallas and within walking distance to Deep Ellum. The facilities were decent and met my needs during my stay.

The hotel was conveniently located near Baylor Medical Center with good accessibility to downtown attractions. I had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms were initially very tiny, but I was moved to a larger room with a comfortable couch and amenities. The views of downtown were fantastic, and the location is central to lots of restaurants and shops. There were plenty of rooms available at the current situation, which was convenient.

I did not try the dinner, but the dining options could have been better with a few more choices. It was not a buffet style, and unfortunately, our car got broken into.

The hotel's location was excellent, right across the street from a park and within walking distance to Deep Ellum. The rooms, while not as spacious as expected from the online pictures, were large and very clean. The service staff, except for those at The Bistro, were friendly and accommodating. The pricing was a bit high, especially with additional charges for parking, but the convenience to various restaurants and St Paul station was a plus.
